Colours of Chocolate
Colours of Chocolate is a special collaboration with Callebaut Chocolate and will be available from 13 July to 31 Aug 2022. It consists of 6 different pastries using 5 types of Callebaut chocolates:
1) ) Coconut Brownie with Salted GOLD Ganache - Moist and fudgy 54.5% Dark Chocolate Brownie infused with desiccated coconut, topped with a salted Callebaut Gold chocolate ganache.
2) Matcha Ruby Scone - Handcrafted matcha scone paired with housemade raspberry jam and Callebaut Ruby chocolate ganache.
3) Parmesan White Chocolate Scone -
Savory-sweet goodness of shredded parmesan cheese, AOP french butter, and Callebaut W2 White chocolate callets.
4) Roasted Pistachio Milk Chocolate tart -
Handcrafted and hand-lined sable tart shell filled with housemade roasted pistachio praline paste and silky Callebaut milk chocolate ganache.
5) Cherry Ruby Chocolate Pound Cake -
Moist dark chocolate pound cake with juicy bits of Morello cherries topped with a fruity cherry Callebaut Ruby chocolate ganache.
6) Orange Dark Chocolate Financier -
Orange financier laced with bits of Callebaut 70.5% dark couverture chocolate topped with a housemade almond praline paste.
